Once you’re ready, you’ll complete a loan application and provide supporting documents (income, assets, identity). Rose reviews everything and submits to her lender network to get you pre-approved — typically within 24–48 hours.
You’ll receive: Pre-approval letter, loan estimate, and clear explanation of your options.
Rose shops your loan across 200+ lenders to find the best combination of rate, terms, and fees. Once you select a property and decide on a loan, Rose locks your rate at the optimal moment based on market conditions.
Note: Multiple lender inquiries within a short window count as a single credit pull.
The lender orders an appraisal and an underwriter reviews the full loan package. Rose manages this entire process — staying on top of conditions, responding to requests quickly, and keeping you informed every step of the way.
Timeline: Typically 2–4 weeks. Rose proactively works to minimize delays.
You’ll sign the final loan documents, the lender funds the loan, and the title transfers. Rose will review your Closing Disclosure with you beforehand so you know exactly what you’re signing and what you’re paying — no surprises at the table.
